Initial consultation
75 minutes / $175.00
Laying the groundwork.
This 75-minute session is all about understanding your current health and mapping a clear, practical plan that supports your goals—whether you're navigating hormonal shifts, managing energy levels, or simply wanting to feel better in your body.
This in-depth consultation offers a comprehensive review of your current health and well-being. We’ll explore your health history, current symptoms, dietary habits, lifestyle, and any health concerns in detail, so we can develop a realistic and achievable plan that supports your long-term goals.
As a food-first clinical nutritionist, I believe dietary change is often the most effective place to start. Supplements are only recommended when necessary, and always with a clear purpose and evidence-based intention.
The focus is on helping you:
Understand which foods support or hinder your health
Build confidence around nourishing choices
Discover simple, nutrient-rich foods that work for you
Your treatment will include
Referral to relevant health professionals (e.g., GPs, psychologists, psychotherapists) when collaborative care is needed
Referral for functional pathology testing where appropriate (e.g., blood, saliva, stool, urine, HTMA, food intolerance, hormone or digestive testing)
Nutritional supplement recommendations, if clinically indicated (additional cost applies)
May Include: Physical assessments such as weight, body composition, blood pressure, zinc test, and nail/tongue analysis—depending on your symptoms and history
After your consultation:
You’ll receive a personalised treatment plan by email within 5 business days, including tailored recommendations, relevant referrals, and supporting resources.
And a 15-minute phone follow-up is also included, giving you the opportunity to ask questions and clarify your next steps.
Follow-up review consultation
$100.00/45 minutes sessions
A follow-up consultation is important for us to review your progress with the previous treatment plan, keep you motivated, and ensure you’re on track to reach your long-term health goals. It is also the time to reassess and identify areas where you may need more attention or support, make necessary changes and answer any questions.
Your treatment will evolve and progress with each consult, making your long-term health goal realistic and achievable.
Your treatment will include:
• Discuss and evaluate your progress, looking deeper into any uncovered issues.
• Review pathology results and specialist reports and recommend other relevant diagnostic tests if necessary.
• All concerns or questions you have will be discussed.
Standard consultation
$120/60 minutes sessions [for existing clients]
Supermarket tours and pantry audits
$90 per hour
Supermarkets, delicatessens, fruit and vegetable grocers can be daunting, overwhelming and often confusing.
Supermarket tours involve how to read and understand Nutrition Information Panels (NIP) on food labels, choosing seasonal produce, making healthy choices and meal ideas.
Pantry audit takes you through what foods you have in your pantry and refrigerator, demonstrating how to make healthy choices, what can stay and what needs to go.
Appointment cancelation policy
We all navigate busy lives and sometimes life brings unexpected dilemmas. However, we appreciate your consideration of our cancellation policy.
We request 48-hours’ notice is given if you wish to change or cancel your appointment. To respect our time and needs of other clients, a full consult fee will apply if 48-hours’ notice is not given.
