Classically trained chef and clinical nutritionist, Chicky Hampshire has long practiced the ‘food is medicine’ mantra.
Classically trained in London and Europe, Chicky has owned and operated her successful catering business in Sydney for over 35 years, working across top-tier corporate boardrooms and a wide range of private clients and events. Her philosophy has always been that no two clients, events or occasions are the same. She works closely with each client to ensure the food and service meet the highest standards and, more importantly, their expectations. It is this individual approach, combined with carefully sourced, fresh produce and an enormous pride in everything she prepares, that has kept clients returning year after year.
That same commitment to quality and care for people underpins everything Chicky does. Combining her vast experience and knowledge of food with a Bachelor of Health Science has evolved into a unique nutrition practice. Offering consultations in your home, office or online, Chicky will diagnose your health issue and guide you toward wellness with practical advice and hands-on tuition.
Working with you to comprehensively assess diet and lifestyle, Chicky will motivate you to reach your health goals by keeping it simple with delicious, healthy, whole foods, good nutrition and exercise tailored to your needs.
Nutritional consultations, whether in your own home, office or online, include a comprehensive assessment of diet and lifestyle, focusing on gut health, food intolerances, weight management, hormonal imbalances, managing menopausal symptoms, diabetes, energy, fatigue, chronic disease management, stress, anxiety and mental health issues.
Using current evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle research, Chicky will bring a bespoke method to lead and encourage you towards optimal health.
For the past 14 years, Chicky has also been proud and humbled to work as part of the chef team at Ozharvest and their Refettorio in Sydney, cooking nourishing meals from rescued ingredients for people experiencing food insecurity. It is work that sits very close to her heart.
