WORKSHOP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please take a moment to read this carefully — especially the bit about workshops being non-refundable. We need to be strict on this or we risk running these events at a loss, which nobody can afford to do!
By registering and paying, you agree to the following conditions:
Workshops are non-refundable. If you wish to transfer to a different date or keep your funds in credit, 14 days’ notice is required.
Cancellations made within 14 days (or less) of the workshop date cannot be transferred or credited. You’re very welcome to send someone else in your place if you can’t attend — otherwise, your spot will be forfeited.
In the event of host illness or emergency, we reserve the right to reschedule the workshop. If you’re unable to attend the new date, you’ll receive a full refund.
A minimum of 6 participants is required for the workshop to proceed. If we don’t reach this number, we may cancel the workshop up to 3 days prior. In that case, you can choose a full refund or a transfer to another available date.
