WORKSHOP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please take a moment to read this carefully — especially the bit about workshops being non-refundable. We need to be strict on this or we risk running these events at a loss, which nobody can afford to do!

By registering and paying, you agree to the following conditions:

  • Workshops are non-refundable. If you wish to transfer to a different date or keep your funds in credit, 14 days’ notice is required.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days (or less) of the workshop date cannot be transferred or credited. You’re very welcome to send someone else in your place if you can’t attend — otherwise, your spot will be forfeited.

  • In the event of host illness or emergency, we reserve the right to reschedule the workshop. If you’re unable to attend the new date, you’ll receive a full refund.

  • A minimum of 6 participants is required for the workshop to proceed. If we don’t reach this number, we may cancel the workshop up to 3 days prior. In that case, you can choose a full refund or a transfer to another available date.
